摘要
本文系统地研究了PVC/NBR型热塑性弹性体(TPE),并与NBR进行了对比。实验结果表明,PVC/NBR型TPE在耐无铅汽油、含醇汽油、氧化汽油等方面均优于NBR硫化胶,能满足一些领域对耐油性新的要求。本文并以TPE的“协同网络”结构上阐述了TPE耐油性能提高的内在原因,结果表明,正是由于TPE的“协同网络”结构,才阻止了溶剂分子的渗透,降低了渗透速率。
The Oil resistance of dynamically vulcanized PVC/NBR thermal plastic elactomer(TPE)was systematically investigated in this paper.Results showed that this TPE had better resistance to oils ,especially to lead-free-gasoline,alcohol-contained galoline and oxygenated gasoline. The main reason for this is the existence of the Synergistic Networkis TPE.The synergistic network Could prevent oils and solvents from permeating, Lower the permeating rate and as a results, increase the oil resistamce.
