快干型改性淀粉粘合剂的研制及应用研究

Study on the Preparation and the Application of a Quick-drying Modified Starch Adhesive

本文阐述了以木薯淀粉作原料，用双氧水氧化改性，氢氧化钠作糊化剂使其糊化，再在此基础上加入一定量的物质（脲醛树脂、陶土等）作为添加剂以改善其性能，从而制出一种较合适瓦楞纸板用的新型粘合剂。其特点是工艺简单易控制，粘合性能好。

A new adhesive which is more suitable for corrugated cardboard manufacture was developed by using tapioca starch as the reactant.H2O2 as oxidant,NaOH as pasting agent,and by adding mea-aldehyde resin and china clay as additives to improve properties.This process was simple and easy to control.The new adhesive had good adhesion force and good appcarance.It could be dried quichly.
