高效液相色谱法测定健骨胶囊中淫羊藿苷的含量

Determination of Icariin in Jiangu Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定健骨胶囊中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法:LichrospherC_(18)色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相甲醇-1.5%冰乙酸水溶液(55:45);检测波长:270nm;流速1.0ml/min;柱温30℃。结果:该方法淫羊藿苷回收率为99.28%RSD2.52%。结论:该方法简便、快速、灵敏度高,可用于该产品的质量控制。

Objective：To establish an HPLC method for the determination of Icariin in Jiangu capsules.Methods：Lichro-spherC_（18） column（150mm×4.6mm,5μm）was used.The mobile phase is consisted of methanol -1.5%acetic acid glacial（55 ：45）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min with UV detection at 270 nm.The column temperature was 30℃.Results：The average recovery was 99.28%,and its RSDs were 2.52%.Conclusion：The method provides to be simple,efficient,sensitive and can be applied to quality control of Jiangu capsules.
