Determination of Baicalin in Yiqing Granules

目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定一清颗粒中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用Hypersil C_(18)(250×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱,以甲醇-0.2mol/L磷酸二氢钠缓冲液(用磷酸调节pH值至2.7)(42:58)为流动相;流速为1.000mL/moL,检测波长275nm,柱温29℃。结果:黄芩苷在0.0916～0.7608μg范围内成良好的线性。(r=0.9945),平均回收率98.9%,RSD=0.31%。结论:方法简便、快速、适用性好,可用于该制剂的质量控制。

Objective：To establish a RP - HPLC method to determine the content of baicalin in Yiqing Granules.Methods：The HPLC separation was performed on a Hypersil C_（18）（250×4.6mm,5um） with column temperature at 29℃,a mobile phase consisted of MeOH -0.2mol/L NaH_2PO_4（42：58）with a flow rate of 1.000mL·min^（-1）,and a UV detection at 275nm.Results：Baicalin showed a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 0.0916～0.7608ug and the average recovery was up to 98.9%,RSD was 0.31%.Conclusion：The method is simple,rapid with good suitability,and can be used as the quality control of this preparation.
