摘要
目的:研究一种测定穿山龙中薯蓣皂苷元时快速提取薯蓣皂苷元的新方法——超声辅助水解原位萃取法。方法:对影响提取率的重要因素进行了考察,以期建立最佳提取条件。结果:样品在料液比为1:15(g:mL)条件下,用浓硫酸-异丙醇-水(8:22:70)溶液在90℃下超声辅助回流2h,获得最佳的提取率。结论:超声辅助水解原位萃取法省时、操作简便、重现性好。
Objective:To study a new extraction method for analyzing diosgenin in Dioscorea nipponica Makino—extraction in combination hydrolysis in situ.Methods:The effective factors on the yield of diosgenin were evaluated in order to establish the optimum conditions for extraction in combination hydrolysis in situ.Results:Under the condition of the solid -liquid ratio of 1:15(g:mL),hydrolyses was conducted in sulfuric acid - isopropanol- water(8:22:70)solution at 90℃for 2h with ultrasound - assisted,the best yield of diosgenin was obtained.Conclusion:The method is time - saving,Simple and reproducible.
