摘要 从无花果一株内生真菌链格孢属FL25(Alternaria sp. FL25)的次生代谢产物中首次分离得到4个化合物,经波谱(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR)解析,分别为Fumitremorgin B(1)、Fumitremorgin C(2)、Helvolic Acid(3)和环(苯丙-丝)二肽(4).抗植物病原真菌活性试验结果显示,4个化合物对大部分测试菌均具有明显的抑制活性. Four compounds were firstly isolated from the culture of Alternaria sp.FL25,an endophytic fungus from Ficus carica.On the basis of spectroscopic data(MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR),the four compounds were identified as fumitremorgin B(1),fumitremorgin C(2),helvolic acid(3) and cyclo-(Phe-Ser)(4).These compounds exhibited significantly inhibitory activities on the growth of the tested phytopathogenic fungi.
