摘要 本文阐述了基于低励磁方法的发电机定子铁心故障检测原理,并结合发电机定子铁心设计特点,与传统铁心损耗检测方法进行了比较。给出了采用低励磁方法进行多台发电机定子铁心故障检测的应用实例及应用中的注意事项,实例表明采用低励磁方法对发电机定子铁心故障检测简便、有效。 The principle of Generator core fault detection based on low excitation test method is presented.Combining with the stator core design features,the low excitation test method is compared with the traditional core losses detection method.Application examples of generator core fault detection using low excitation method are proposed,as well as the matters of attention in the application.Practices show that the low excitation test method of generator core fault detection is simple and effective.
