摘要
目的:探讨心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织白介素8(IL-8)、胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF-1)含量的影响。方法:采用线栓法复制局灶性脑缺血大鼠模型,以步长脑心通为对照,于脑缺血6h、12h、24h以及48h动态观察心脑通络液对局灶性脑缺血大鼠脑组织IL-8、IGF-1含量的影响。结果:脑梗塞6h,模型组脑组织IL-8含量开始增加,48h达高峰,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);各治疗组与同点模型组比较,脑组织IL-8含量均有不同程度降低,除6h对照组、低剂量组,12h对照组、低剂量组外,均有显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05);脑梗塞6h,模型组脑组织IGF-1含量开始增加,48h达高峰,均有显著性差异(P<0.01);各治疗组与同点模型组比较,脑组织IGF-1含量均有不同程度升高,均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:心脑通络液可降低局灶性脑缺血大鼠急性期脑组织IL-8的含量,减轻缺血时炎性损伤;同时可升高局灶性脑缺血大鼠急性期脑组织IGF-1的含量,加强内源性保护机制。
Objective: To observe the effect of XinNaoTongLuoYe on the content of interleukin-8 and IGF-1 in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats.Methods: To make the model of focal cerebral ischemia by inserting nylon thread,compared with Bu Chang Nao Xin Tong,the effect on infarct volume and the content of interleukin -8 and IGF-1in brain of focal cerebral ischemia rats were observed in 6h、12h、24h and 48h after cerebral ischemia.Results: 6h after cerebral ischemia,the content of interleukin-8 in brain increased,and it reached its chemia top in 48h(P 0.01);Compared with model group,the content of IL-8 in brain of each treatment group was decreased except the control group,low-dose group in 6h、12h after cerebralischemia.(P 0.01orP 0.05).in 6h after cerebral ischemia,the content of IGF-1 in brain increased and it reached top in 48h(P 0.01);Compared with model group,the content of IGF-1 in brain of treatment group was increased (P 0.01).Conclusion: XinNaoTongLuoYe can reduce content of IL-8 in cerebral tissue during cerebral ischemia and alleviate the level of inflammation.XinNaoTongLuoYe can increase content of IGF-1 in brain tissue which may be the endogenous protective mechanism during the ischemia situation.
