摘要
目的:探讨益脉通对动脉硬化性闭塞症(ASO)红细胞免疫状态的影响。方法:对接受益脉通治疗的52例ASO患者进行红细胞免疫系列检查,与40例健康者进行对比。结果:益脉通能改善ASO所导致的红细胞免疫功能异常,可升高红细胞C3b受体花环率(RBC-C3bRR)及红细胞免疫促进因子(RFER)水平,降低红细胞免疫复合物花环率(RBC-ICR)及红细胞免疫抑制因子(RFIR)水平,且与治疗效果呈相关性。结论:ASO患者存在继发性红细胞免疫缺陷,益脉通治疗可调节ASO患者红细胞免疫功能的异常。为临床治疗ASO从调节红细胞免疫功能方面组方选药,提供了新的免疫学理论依据。
Objective： To investigate the influence on erythrocyte immune status in patients with atherosclerosis obliterans（ASO） during the treatment of YMT.Methods ： A series of erythrocyte immune tests were done in 52 patients with ASO treating by YMT,then compared with 40 healthy persons.Results ： The results showed that the treatment method of YMT could increase the garland ratio of RBC-C3bRR and erythrocyte immunity promoting factor（RFER） caused by ASO while reduce the garland ratio of RBC CIC garland ratio and RFIR caused by ASO and which was closely related to the treatment efficacy of ASO with the improvement of the illness condition.Conclusion： There are secondary immunodeficiency in patients of ASO.This study provided new immunologic basis and monitoring indexes about ASO in clinical treatment through this method of adjusting the abnormal erythrocyte immune status with directional traditional Chinese Medicine.
