摘要
目的:对椎动脉(VA)各段及血流动力学观察。材料与方法:彩色多普勒(CDFI),不同频率探头对VA颈段(VA1)及椎骨段(VA2);经颅多普勒血流显像(TCDFI)对枕段(VA3)、颅内段(VA4)分别检测,观察走向、内膜、频谱形态,测内径、血流动力学指标。结果:1.显示率:VA193%,VA291%,VA372%,VA496%。不同频率探头联合应用显示率提高,VA1100%,VA2100%。2.内径:VA1>VA2,左侧〉右侧。3.收缩期峰值流速:VA4>VA1>VA2>VA3,RI:VA1>VA2>VA3>VA4。左右均无明显差异。4.呈三峰或双峰递减型低阻力性频谱。结论:CDFI,不同频率探头及TCDFI联合应用,对VA全程分段观察,获得的诊断信息量增大,可准确定位VA异常段,为临床提供更客观、全面的诊断依据。
Purpose:Observation of each segment of vertebral artery(VA) and its hemodynamics.Materials and Methods:Color doppler flow image(CDFI),with the detectors in different frequency,measures cervical segment(VA1) and vertebra segment(VA2) .Transcranial doppler flow image (TCDFI) detects occiput segment( VA3 )and encephalic segment(VA4).Both include director,inner membrane,shape of frequency,inner diameter and hemodynamic parameters. Results:(1)Visible ratio:VA1 93%,VA2 91%,VA3 92%,VA4 96%.Visible ratio raises with combination of different frequency:VA1100%,VA2100%.(2)Inner diameters:VA1VA2,LeftRight.(3)Peak systolic velocity:VA4VA1VA2VA3;RI:VA1VA2VA3VA4.No difference was between the left and the right VA.(4)The frequency shows two peaks or three peaks with decreasing low resistance.Conclusion:The combination use of CDFI with different frequency detector and TCDFI will help to observe the whole vertebra artery and to increasingly obtain the diagnostic information,furthermore,can locate the abnormal segnent of vertebra artery.All of these will provide more accurate objective diagnostic information.
