摘要 通过试验确定了仪器分析条件、分析谱线和LiCl的浓度,采用氯化锂增敏电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)法同时测定地表水中铅锰。结果表明,水平观测时,10 g/LLiCl的存在,使原子线MnⅠ279.482 nm、MnⅠ403.075 nm、PbⅠ283.306 nm的谱线灵敏度分别增强了35%、41%、19%,且检出限也均有降低。用本法测定201219和202508水质控样,测定值与保证值基本一致,说明LiCl增敏ICP-AES法适用于测定地表水中Pb和Mn。 The lead and manganese in the surface water was simultaneously determined by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) with lithium chloride as sensitizer.The measuring conditions of instrument,the analytical lines and the concentration of LiCl were investigated.The results indicated that in horizontal observation,the presence of 10 g/L LiCl enhanced the spectral sensitivity of MnⅠ279.482 nm,MnⅠ403.075 nm and PbⅠ283.306 nm by 35 %,41 % and 19 %,respectively.Moreover,the detection limits were all reduced.This method was applied to the determination of water quality control samples 201219 and 202508,and the results were basically consistent with the certified values,indicating that lithium chloride sensitivity enhancing-ICP-AES method was suitable for the determination of lead and manganese in surface water.
