民族地区农牧民参加新型农村合作医疗的意愿及影响因素分析——基于肃南裕固族自治县的调查

An Analysis of the Willingness and Factors that Peasant and Herdsman Participate in New Medical Cooperation——An Investigation Based on Sunan Yugur Autonomous County

通过对肃南裕固族自治县新型农村合作医疗制度实施状况的研究,认为民族地区农牧民参合的意愿强烈,但是农牧民自身因素,新农合制度设计的健全性,政府的宣传方式、宣传力度会影响他们的参合意愿,在此基础上提出了对策建议。

By the study of the applications of new medical cooperation system in Sunan Yugur autonomous county,the author held that peasants and herdsmen in ethnic areas have strong desire to participate this system,but due to some individual factors,the soundness of the system and the way and forcefulness that government publicizes it together affect their willingness to participate this system.Based on this study,the author put forward some suggestions.
