摘要
我国的村委会选举已经进行了二十几年,实践中问题颇多,一直没有找到一个较完善的选举规则。通过运用社会选择理论比较多种选择规则,得出一个高效、公正的选举方法,可以为未来我国的《村民委员会选举法》的完善,探索出一条新路。
The election of village committee has existed in China for over 20 years.In practice,a lot of problems have been found.However,there is no relatively perfect election regulations.Based on the comparison of many kinds of choice regulations with the application of social choice theory,a highly effiecient fair election method will be introduced,which can be a new way for the perfection of law of election for village committee in China in the future.
