摘要
大学生健身健美锻炼是当今高校体育运动项目发展的一个潮流,它不仅给练习者带来健康的体质,而且还塑造了美的形态.但是,由于练习者方法不当,急于求成,往往造成扭伤筋骨,拉伤肌肉和韧带等,给锻炼者带来不良后果,为了降低参于健身健美锻炼的大学生受伤的机率,减轻疼痛,文章就健身健美锻炼出现的损伤提出一些积极的预防措施和处理方法,从而促进锻炼者水平有所提高,并推动全民健身在高校的开展.
Bodybuilding injury of college students has become a fad in the development of college sports now and it is not only to improve the trainers' constitutions and healthy conditions but to construct the beautiful figures.In practice,for the trainers' tactless manners,there are often fractures,sprain injury related to ligament or strain injury related to muscle.In order to lower the rate of those injuries and lessen the trainers' pains,the paper puts forward some preventions and treatments.Therefore,it is supposed to promote the trainers' fitness to a new level and carry out the nationwide fitness campaign.
