"以意逆志"包含了三方面的内涵,一,"意"是指读者主体的观念,意识;二,"志"是指诗人主体的思想,情感;三,"逆"是指两个主体之间的对话和交流的方式。孟子诗学兼及了"知人论世"和"知言养气",它在本质上是一种交往对话行为的阅读接受理论。

The paper explains the meaning of Readers Access to Poets from the following three aspects.The first is related to the subject of readers,including their consciousness and understanding;The second is involved with the subject of poets,referring to their thoughts and emotions exchanged between the two subjects;In addition,the essence of Mencius poems is of a theory on reading acceptance of social communication and aiming at knowing the ways of the world and cultivating the disposition through learning views and deportment of eminent people.
