摘要
当前大学生就业形势严峻而复杂,大学生在就业观念、个人修养、文化功底、择业信息等方面存在着一定的局限,只有主动地适应当前的就业形势,才能早就业。
The situation of college students＇ employment is serious and complicated for their limitation in conception of employment,their quality,cultural cultivation and employment information,etc.The active adaptation of the current situation of employment is the way to be employed earlier.
