基本素质比专业能力更重要

The Basic Quality is More Important than the Specialized Ability

素质教育是中等职业教育的基本内容。素质教育面宽量大。现有的公共基础课不堪重负。在现有的课程课时之外必须系统考虑素质教育问题,要从管理、服务、教学等方方面面落实素质教育。专业能力是谋求职业岗位的重要手段,是中等职业教育的核心,但专业能力远没有基本素质重要。前者影响一时,后者影响一生。

The education for all-around development is the basic content for the medium vocational education.It concerns many fields.At present the public basic courses are unable to withstand this load.Besides the existing courses,we must consider the question of education for all-around development and carry out it from aspects that are related to management,service and teaching.The specialized ability is the important means to seek the professional post and the core of the medium vocational education,but the specialized ability is less important than the basic quality.The former influences for a while,the latter affects the whole life.
