摘要
分析耐硫变换装置低品位热量回收利用现状,提出社区采暖水改用变换装置低品位工艺余热作加热热源及变换装置多余0.45MPa低压蒸汽合理回收利用方案。通过社区采暖水热源的更换,节约低压蒸汽10t/h;通过提高低压蒸汽压力、把低压蒸汽送往尿素装置、多余低压蒸汽反送动力事业部、改变预变条件等手段合理利用0.45MPa低压蒸汽,消除了0.45MPa低压蒸汽长期放空的现状,技术改造取得了很好的效果。
The present status of recovery and use of low-grade heat from sulfur-resistant unit is ana- lyzed, the low-grade process excess heat taken as the heating source for the water for heating in the community and a rational recovery and use of the excess LP steam of 0.45MPa from the shift unit are suggested;by the replacement of heat source for community heating water a LP steam of lOt/h is saved and a status of long-term venting of 0.45 MPa LP steam eliminated,both economic and social benefits are achieved with this technical transformation and it attaches an important significance in such aspects as energy-saving and emission reduction, effective use of steam.
