齐齐哈尔大学教师亚健康状况的调查分析

The sub-health status and survey teachers of Qiqihar university

以齐齐哈尔大学教师为研究对象,调查齐齐哈尔大学教师亚健康状态的情况.结果表明,齐齐哈尔大学教师群体不是亚健康状态的高发人群(发生率<60%).亚健康状态的发生与性别、年龄、文化程度等因素有关,女性教师亚健康发生率高于男性教师,亚健康发生率随着年龄的增大而升高.

Studies the sub-health status of teachers and exercise effect on sub-health status,which object is teachers of Qiqihar university.The result shows that teachers of Qiqihar university are not high-risk population of sub-health status.The sub-health status relate to gender,age,culture degree and so on.Female teachers are more than male teachers on sub-health rate.The sub-health rate increase along with the age,and the negative correlation between educational background and sub-health rate.
