摘要
以长江大学体育学院2007级30名体育教育专业学生为对象,研究了组合训练对学生下肢快速力量的影响.根据学生的基本情况(身高、体质量、年龄和训练年限)分为"最大力量+速度"组、"最大力量+小负荷快速蹲跳"组、"最大力量+跳跃"组3个实验组.经过为期8周的训练后,结果显示,立定跳远、30 m、原地起跳摸高和助跑5级跨步跳4项运动学指标都有不同程度的提高,与实验前有显著性差异.但是提高的幅度有所区别,"最大力量+跳跃"组别在各运动指标增量表现上与另外2组有显著性差异,是3种组合中最优的组合.
Researched the effect of combined training on the students’ leg speed—strength,with its objects being 30 students majoring in physical education in grade 2007 in Yangtze university.Those students was divided into 3 groups according to students body conditions(height,weight,ages and training time).These respectively are"the biggest strength +speed "group,"the biggest strength +quickly squat down jump with small burden"group,"the biggest strength +jump"group,After 8 weeks’training,the result of kinematics indicators test shown that the students’performance in standing long jump,30 meter,high jump from the standing point and five class strides and jump has improved greatly.However,the improvement in each event shows difference,obviously,"the biggest strength +jump"group perform better than the other two groups,thus,"the biggest strength +jump"combination is the best methods.
