原发性高血压患者血清脂联素和抵抗素水平的变化 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨脂联素、抵抗素水平与原发性高血压的发生、发展之间的关系。方法:原发性高血压患者114例,根据血压水平分为高血压病1级组(H1)、高血压病2级组(H2)和高血压病3级组(H3),正常血压组(H4,对照组)40例,检测各组组的血清脂联素、抵抗素、血胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白和空腹血糖;计算体质指数。结果:脂联素与收缩压、甘油三酯之间呈直线关系,收缩压、甘油三酯是影响脂联素水平的独立因素;抵抗素与舒张压、高密度脂蛋白、脂联素之间呈直线关系,舒张压、高密度脂蛋白、脂联素是影响抵抗素水平的独立因素。结论:血清脂联素的降低、抵抗素的升高是原发性高血压发生和发展进程中的重要影响因素。 Aim:To investigate the relations between adiponectin,resistin levels and the development of high blood pressure. Methods: One hundred and fifty-four cases are selected from hospital outpatient,in those 40 people with normal blood pressure and 114 patients with essential hypertension.The group of essential hypertension were divided into 3 groups according to the level of blood pressure: a hypertensive 1Grade(H1),2 Grade hypertension(H2) and 3 Grade hypertension group(H3).The group of people with normal blood pressure was regarded as compared group(H4).Serum adiponectin,resistin,blood cholesterol,trigcylglycerol,high-density lipoprotein,low density lipoprotein and fasting plasma glucose were examined in each group.Results: APN and the SBP,TG existed the linear relatwin.SBP,TG is an independent factor affecting the level of APN.RES and DBP,HDL,APN relationship are the linear.DBP,HDL,APN are an independent affecting factors affecting the level of RES.Conclusion:Serum Adiponectin,serum resistin are an important affecting factors of occurrence of development process essential hypertension.
