摘要
有限元作为一种融力学分析和计算机技术与一体的数值分析方法,已经广泛应用于工程技术各个领域。主要介绍了有限元分析的理论,并以吊钩为例,说明有限元分析的过程和有限元分析软件的应用。首先在Pro/E零件模式中对吊钩进行三维实体建模,在Pro/MECHANICA模块下进行吊钩有限元分析的前处理和具体有限元计算。并将分析的结果以网格和色彩云图的形式表现出来。通过将分析的结果与实际材料特性相比较,确定吊钩在额定载荷下的受力变形情况,预防意外的发生。
The finite element analysis can be widely applied in various fields of engineering.This paper mainly introduces the theory of finite element analysis,and with example of a hook to explain the process of the finite element analysis and the application of the finite element analysis software.First of all the components module in the Pro/E is used in the hook for three-dimensional entity modeling,with the module of Pro/MECHANICA,the preprocessing of hook finite element analysis and calculation of elements is carried on.The results of analysis are presented in the grid and the form of chromatic nephogram.Through the comparison between the results of analyzing and the material properties,it is determines the security of the hook in the load down to prevent accidents.
