微创皮层介入清除术治疗腋臭60例疗效观察

Minimally invasive treatment of underarm odor removal cortex involved in 60 cases

目的：应用＂‖＂形切口进行腋窝毛囊、大汗腺、皮下脂肪去除的超薄皮瓣方法,希望探索一种创伤小、效果好的腋臭治疗方法。方法：对60例16-44岁的腋臭患者,采用＂‖＂形切口形成超薄皮瓣治疗。术中设计切口对位缝合点,修剪皮下毛囊、汗腺形成超薄皮瓣,术后打包加压,术后10 d拆线。结果：术后经1-3年随访,所有患者手术区皮肤无坏死、感染,切口隐蔽,瘢痕不明显,腋臭症状消失。结论：＂‖＂形超薄皮瓣法术后并发症少,效果确切,较其他腋臭治疗方法有明显推广价值。

Objective：Thin flap method can be explained that applying ＂‖＂shaped notch to the axillary hair follicles,large sweat glands and fat removal.It would like to explore a kind of underarm odor treatment method of small trauma and good effects.Methods：Sixty patients with underarm odor 16 to 44 years old were treated with＂‖＂incision for treatment of the formation of ultra-thin flap.Designing incision surgery match thesuture points during the process of operation and cutting the skin hair follicles.Then sweat glands form a thin flap.Finally the patients were recovered packing pressure and took out stitches after 10 days.Results：The patients were followed up by 1 to 3 years,and skin of the patients were no necrosis and infection,incision hidden scar was not obvious and underarm odor symptoms was disappear.Conclusion：＂‖＂ shaped thin flap has few complications and exact effect.Compared with other treatment,it has the obvious promoted value.
