摘要
在利用圆角铣刀加工规则曲面时,由于机床的数控系统只能在长度和半径进行补偿,无法将圆角进行补偿,因此需要在数控程序中将圆角补偿进行计算,通过将刀具的切削点轨迹计算成刀具零点的加工轨迹,并将其在程序中加以描述来完成加工。
In the process of machining regular curved surface using corner rounding milling cutters,we need to consider the fact that NC system of machine tool can only be compensated in the scale of length and radius,but without round corner,so a calculation approach to the compensation for corner is needed in NC programs,we complete the whole process by calculating the path of cutting points into tool path and describing them in programs.
