为了使目标选择更合理、更科学,基于目标的价值,采用综合分析的方法,即采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的办法,对目标特性进行分析及量化比较,建立了目标选择模型,并对打击目标进行排序,最后建立了目标规划模型,对武器消耗进行了优化。这样,就克服了单纯用定性分析法、定量分析法的不足,并把两者的优长结合起来,增强了目标选择的全面性。
