摘要
以坦克研制为实例,探讨了以供应链网络组织理论为基础的武器装备研制项目的管理机制,讨论了装备研制供应链网络组织的内涵,探索了伙伴企业的类型、选择原则和方法,从成本控制及库存、质量和进度管理等方面,分析了组织的运行机制,建立了资产抵押、信任和利润分配机制。
Taking tank design as an example,the management of weapon equipment development project is explored based on the theory of supply chain network organizations,connotation of supply chain network organizations of equipment research and manufacture is discussed.Type of buddy corporation,selection principle and method is explored.Orgnization operating mechanism is analysed by cost control,storage management,quality management and schedule management,assets mortgage,trust and profit allocation mechanism is established.
