摘要 简述了创新能力的涵义、创新人才的培养与实验室的关系等,结合先进的创新实践环境构建,分别从机械设计的认知规律、学科特点以及创新过程的角度,阐述了加强实践、强化动手能力和加强工程性、强化工程素质以及加强思维训练、强化创新能力的3个论点,并提出了相应的举措。 The meaning of innovation ability and the relation of cultivation of innovative talent and laboratory are brief introduced.Three propositions and measures are suggested with the construction of advanced condition for innovation practice.These suggestions include reinforcing practice and manipulative ability,strengthening engineering quality and enhancing thinking training,which are suggested from three aspects of mechanical design including of the cognition pattern,the character and the innovation process especially.
