摘要
引导市民出行方式转变和交通管理创新是解决城市交通和碳减排两大难题的重要途径。通过对南京的无车校园、上海的自行车道网络系统和重庆的公共大电梯三个案例进行分析,探讨了三种不同公共空间环境中,以不同低碳交通创新方式对城市交通出行空间环境进行优化创新设计的模式,介绍了案例背景并分析设计特点和创新价值。最后,进一步挖掘案例创新设计蕴含的价值意义,分析表明:市民出行方式的转变不仅对低碳城市和低碳交通有重要贡献,而且对市民自身素质、公共空间环境品质以及城市文化品位的提升有重要作用。
Encouraging travel behavior change and innovative traffic management are the two key aspects in solving the urban traffic problems and reducing carbon emission. By introducing on car-free campus in Nanjing, bicycle lane network in Shanghai, and public escalator in Chongqing, this paper discusses how to design and improve the urban travel conditions for a low-carbon urban transportation system in three types of public space. The paper gives the background of three cases and analyzes the design characteristics and there innovative significance. Finally, the paper further stresses the importance of the three innovative design aspects: the change of resident’s travel mode not only fulfills the objective of a low-carbon city and transportation, but also contributes to quality of the residents, better public space, and the cultural connotation of a city.
