作为城市建设的重要组成力量,农民工的劳动报酬权频频遭受侵害。有效保护农民工的劳动报酬权,最重要的是要加强劳动用工的监管力度和执法力度,加快企业用工的诚信机制建设,尽快实现农民工的组织化管理。

As an important composition forces of urban construction,migrant workers＇right to labor remuneration violated repeatedly.To effectively protect migrant workers＇right to labor remuneration,the most important is to strengthen the employment supervision and labor law enforcement.We should accelerate the pace of set up the integrity mechanism of employing units,and realize organizational management of migrant workers as soon as possible.
