摘要
行业性工资集体协商是加快建立行业内劳动关系协调机制。在推行行业性工资集体协商工作中,需要各级工会通过加大宣传力度、培育协商主体、借助各方力量、突出协商重点等方式方法来推动这项工作的开展,增强其针对性和实效性,从而更好地维护职工的劳动报酬权益。
The mechanism of industrial collective wage consultation is an important mean to speed up the establishment of coordination system of labor relations.Guangxi has many successful experiences in the implementation of industrial collective wage consultation,but there are still many problems need to be solved.This requires trade unions at all levels promote the work through increasing publicity,fostering the actors of consultation with all forces.In order to protect workers'right to labor remuneration,we should enhance the effectiveness of industrial collective wage consultation.
