摘要
转型时期,我国存在着企业伦理的失范现象,从文化学的视阈关注企业伦理的失范和重构十分必要。契约文化的不规范和传统文化的不继承,是造成我国企业伦理失范的历史原因;非伦理的功利文化是造成我国企业伦理失范的现实原因。责任文化是重构我国企业伦理的路径选择,它在理论和实践上符合我国企业伦理的发展方向,需要内外机制的统筹实现。
In the period of transition,there are anomies of corporate ethics in China.It is necessary to pay attention to the anomie and reconstruction of corporate ethics in the perspective of cultural studies.The historical causes of corporate ethics anomie include that the contract culture is not developed and the traditional culture is not inherited and innovation.The current cause is the unethical utility culture.The responsibility culture will be the path of reconstructing corporate ethics.It is in line with the direction of developing corporate ethics and requires the co-ordination of internal and external mechanisms of corporate.
