党内民主是党的生命,十六大、十七大以来党内民主取得了新进展,已经形成党内民主发展的基本思路。但是,目前存在的突出问题,严重影响了党内民主的向前推进,要想将党内民主真正落到实处,任重道远。

Inner-Party democracy is the life of the Party,a new progress of it was made since the sixteenth and seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China.The basic idea of developing inner-party democracy has been formed.But,at present,the outstanding problems existed severely keep inner-party democracy from moving forward.It is still a heavy responsibility to put inner-party democracy into effect.
