基于“1+0.5+1+0.5”工学交替教学模式的高职物流管理专业教学改革研究与实践

On vocational education reform and practice of logistics management major based on the 1+1+0.5+0.5 teaching mode

文章借鉴国际高等职业教育的经验,结合经济发展对物流管理专业高素质技能型人才的需要,以安徽国防科技职业学院物流管理专业实施基于"1+0.5+1+0.5"教学模式的教学改革研究与实践为案例,详细阐述了该专业人才培养的目标定位、课程体系构建、课程建设和教学改革、人才培养的保障机制等四个方面的思路与做法,以为其他高职院校教学改革提供借鉴。

This article draws lesson from international vocational education experience and combines with the need of high quality skilled talents in economic development,takes 1 ＋ 1 ＋ 0.5 ＋ 0.5 teaching mode of Logistics Management major in Anhui Vocational College of National Defence as an example,elaborated the targeting of professional personnel training,curriculum construction,curriculum and teaching reform,and supporting mechanism.
