我国运输服务投入要素贡献率计算及分析

The Calculation and Analysis of Elements Contribution Rate of China's Transport Service

根据1991-2003年中国运输服务行业投入产出数据,利用生产函数拟合法对影响运输服务发展的劳动力、资本、技术三大要素贡献率进行计算与分析:资本投入是中国运输服务增长的主要力量,技术进步次之,而劳动要素对运输服务的贡献相对有限。中国运输服务行业面临劳动要素贡献率低,而资本、技术要素高贡献率又尚未形成的困境,必须完善硬件设施,加强人力资本积累,提高运输技术水平,实现从传统运输向现代物流的"转身"。

Based on the data of investment and turnover in China＇s transport service industry from 1991 to 2003, this paper calculates and analyzes the contribution rates of the labor, capital and technology elements which have an impact on the development of China＇s transport services by production function fitting method. The results show that the capital element is the first major factor to the growth of the transport services, and the technological progress follows; however, the contribution of the laborelement is relatively limited. China＇s transport service industry comes across difficult situation that is the low contribution rate of labor element and the lack of high contribution rate of capital and technology. In order to overcome the obstacles, China＇s transport services must improve hardware facilities, strengthen the accumulation of human resources, raise the transportation technological level, and develop from traditional transportation to modern logistics.
