不平等条约是西方资本主义列强向中国进行扩张及传统中外关系与西方近代国际关系相冲撞的产物。60年来关于不平等条约对近代中国思想文化影响的研究,可分为三个阶段作一较为系统的述评,从中总结研究特点,展望研究趋势,以便更全面地了解不平等条约制度。

Unequal treaties are the product of western capitalist powers＇expansion into China, the traditional foreign relations and the expansion of the western modern international relations in the collision. The research of unequal treatise＇s influence to modern Chinese ideological and cultural factors for 60 years can be classified into three stages to give a systematic review, conclude research characteristics and forecast research trend in orderto understand unequal treaties systems comprehensively.
