摘要
近年来,我国各级政府虽普遍重视并采取多种措施加强社会管理,取得了明显成效,但在思想观念、管理体制、机制、方式与手段等方面尚存在不少问题。问题的成因主要是:政府对经济社会发展的阶段性特点回应不够、公民社会发育不足、原有体制以及落后观念的深远影响。为此,应采取进一步创新社会管理理念、深化社会管理体制改革、建立健全社会管理的机制体系、创新社会管理方式、切实提高政府工作人员的管理能力等对策,完善社会管理,促进社会安定和谐。
There are a number of problems in concepts,management systems,mechanism and methods of our social management.The problems are mostly caused by inadequate response to the characters of current development stage of the economic society,restrictions by inadequate development of civil society,and rooted impact of old systems and con-cepts.Therefore,we should innovate on concepts and methods of social management,deepen reform on social manage-ment mechanism,improve social management system,enhance management abilities of government staff,thus we can improve social management and maintain social stability and unity.
