鱼鳞胶原蛋白的制备方法研究

胶原蛋白是生物体内含量极高的一种蛋白质,本文采用水提取法和碱提取法提取草鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白,通过不断地改变实验提取条件的对比观察,并通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(PAGE)来对提取的胶原蛋白进行鉴定,进而探究草鱼鱼鳞胶原蛋白提取的较佳条件:EDTA的提取浓度为0.18mol/L,提取用量(30ml)、提取时间(12h)以及提取转数(8000r/min)、提取温度(70℃)。

Collagen is a kind of proteins existing on a high level in a biological body.For comparsion,grass carp fish collagen was extracted individully by water extraction and alki extraction under constanly changed experimental conditions.They were identified by PAGE.The better conditions of grass carp fish extraction are EDTA concentration of the extract（0.18mol / L）,the amount of extract（30ml）,extraction time（12h）,as well as extraction rpm（8000r/min）,extraction temperature（70 ℃）.
