Design for Automatic Dairy Microorganism Detecting System

本文基于计算机图像处理技术,设计了乳品原料微生物含量自动检测系统。该系统利用显微镜和图像采集仪器,获得乳品的样本图像,然后依据乳品微生物的图像特征,识别出每帧图像中的微生物个数,从而快速、准确、实时地统计出单位体积乳品原料中的细菌数量,并以此作为衡量乳品质量的依据。

Base on image process technology,an automatic dairy microorganism detecting system is designed.It can obtaine images of dairy specimens by a microscope and image acquisition equipment,and marke microorganism in each specimen image based on the image features of microorganism.By counting the microorganism,the system can estimate the number of bacteria in a unit volume of the dairy rapidly and correctly.
