氦-氖激光与微波联用治疗带状疱疹疗效观察

A Study of the Effects of He-Ne Laser Irradiation Combined with Microwave on Herpes Zoster

目的观察氦-氖激光与微波联合治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法将120例带状疱疹患者随机分为实验组60例,联用氦-氖激光和微波照射治疗;对照组60例,单用微波照射治疗,治疗15d后观察疗效。结果实验组的痊愈率高于对照组,分别为58.3%和32.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);愈后2周随访观察,实验组后遗神经痛的发生率低于对照组,分别为13.3%和33.4%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论氦-氖激光联用微波治疗带状疱疹可提高疗效,且后遗神经痛的发生率低,值得推广。

Objective To study the effects of He-Ne laser irradiation combined with microwave on herpes zoster.Method 120 herpes zoster patients were selected at random as samples and divided into 2 groups,the treatment group of 60 patients tveated with combination of He-Ne laser irradiation and microwave,and meanwhile,the reference group of the rest 60 patients with regular microwave treatment.The difference in effects after 15 days was observed and recorded.Results Treatment group has a curing rate of 58.3%,higher than 32.7% of the reference group,with a statistically significant difference（P0.01）;After two-week follow-up observation,the incidence rate of post-neuralgia was 13.3% in treatment group,lower than 33.4% of reference qroup,which was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion The combination of He-Ne laser irradiation and microwave is more effective on curing herpes zoster than regular treatment.Moreover,it brings less post-neuralgia.It is worth putting into use in a broad range.
