彩超和高频超声诊断乳腺肿块的对比分析

Contrastive Analysis of Color Doppler Flow Imaging and High Frequency Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Breast Masses

目的探讨彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)对乳腺纤维腺瘤、乳腺癌鉴别诊断价值。方法对体检发现的100个乳腺包块分别用高频超声、CDFI及2者结合进行超声诊断,并结合术后病理检查结果作对比分析。结果手术病理示乳腺纤维腺瘤81例,乳腺癌19例;乳腺纤维腺瘤和乳腺癌的诊断符合率,CDFI高于高频超声,CDFI联合高频超声高于CDFI。结论 CDFI对乳腺肿块的诊断优于高频超声,CDFI和高频超声检查相结合,有助于鉴别诊断并提高乳腺纤维腺瘤与乳腺癌诊断的准确率。

Objective To analyze the value of color doppler flow imaging（CDFI）and high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast masses.Method The diagnosis of 100 breast masses through high frequency ultrasound and CDFI examination or in combination were annlyzed,considering pathological results after surgery.Results 81 cases of pathology showed breast fibroma,19 cases of breast cancer.Diagnosis rate of CDFI is higher than high frequency ultrasound in breast fibroma and breast cancer.Combination of the two way can get the highest rate of diagnosis than CDFI.Conclusion CDFI diagnosis of breast masses is better than high-frequency ultrasound.The combination of CDFI and high-frequency ultrasound is the best.
