摘要
目的探讨2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的血脂异常情况。方法检测106例T2DM患者的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),并进行分析。结果 106例T2DM患者中TC升高44.34%,TG升高66.04%,HDL-C下降59.43%,LDL-C升高55.66%,96例伴有至少1项血脂异常,占总数90.57%。结论 T2DM患者多有脂代谢紊乱,T2DM患者在降低血糖的同时,也要重视血脂的控制,以减少相关并发症的发生。
Objective To study the characters of abnormal distribution of serum lipid in type 2 diabetes.Method To test and analyze TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL-C of 106 patients who have type 2 diabetes.Results The TC、TG、HDL-C and LDL-C percentage of abnormality respectively make up 44.34%,66.04%,59.43%,55.66%.At least one item of serum lipid was abnormal in 96 patients,which accounted for 90.57%.Conclusion The disorder of lipid metabolism of type 2 diabetes often occurred.Patients with type 2diabetes need to pay attention to lower blood glucose and the control of blood lipid as well,so as to reduce complications of diabetes.
