某高校甲型H1N1流感防控工作体会

A Review of Methods and Experience in H1N1 Prevention and Control at a University

目的通过对某高校甲型H1N1流感防控工作的分析总结,为今后高校传染性疾病防控措施的制定和实施提供依据。方法对某高校甲型H1N1流感样病例进行调查分析,针对在校学生从预案制定、疫情监测、控制输入、隔离治疗4个方面重点开展工作。结果从甲型H1N1流感疫情出现后,我校9086名学生中共出现发热病人795例,发病率为8.7%。表现为上呼吸道感染症状为主,占总数的96.5%。结论高校一旦发生疫情,短期内出现大量病例,领导重视及各部门通力合作,建立校内防控网络,加强对发热病人的监测及管理,才能有效地防止学校暴发传染病疫情。

Objecttive To analyze and evaluate the H1N1 prevention and control at a university and to provide basis for planning and implementing the prevention and control of intectious diseases.Method H1N1 cases at a university were analyzed,and planning,monitoring,controlling and separate treating were given priority.Results After the H1N1 broke out 795 of 9 086 students got fever accounting for 8.7%,and 96.5% of them were upper respiratory.Conclusion The occurrence of infectious diseases and the sudden rise of cases at university call for our attention and cooperation.The establishment of prevention and control netmork at university and the effective monitoring and supervising of patients contribute to the outbreak of infectious diseases at university.
