摘要
抗阻训练在改善2型糖尿病(T2DM)病人胰岛素抵抗、调控糖代谢和脂代谢等方面具有独特的作用,相对于其他形式的运动干预有着不同的调控机制。本文对T2DM抗阻训练干预的相关资料进行综合分析,从T2DM的病理生理机制以及抗阻训练的效果出发,提出科学有效的抗阻训练干预方式。对T2DM病人实施中等强度(45%~65%1RM)和高强度(65%~85%1RM)的抗阻训练干预是一种有效的运动干预方式,特别是中等强度的抗阻训练干预非常适宜具有严重的代谢以及其他并发症的T2DM病人。抗阻训练和有氧运动联合干预效果更佳,可以快速有效地改善T2DM病人的代谢紊乱症状。
There are different intervention mechanisms on resistance training in improving insulin resistance,controlling glucose metabolism and lipid metabolism than other forms of exercise.It is an effective exercise intervention to implement moderate intensity(45%~65%1RM)and high intensity(75%~85%1RM)training intervention.Especially the moderate-intensity resistance training intervention is appropriate to the T2DM patients who have a serious metabolic and other complications.Resistance training and aerobic exercise combined intervention is more effective and will quickly and effectively improve the symptoms of metabolic disorder in T2DM patients.
