急性全心缺氧时心率及冠脉流出量变化的观察及其机制探讨

摘要 不同程度缺氧时同步观察心肌内源性腺苷、心率及冠脉流出量的变化。实验结果发现缺氧可使心肌内源性腺苷增高,心率减慢,冠脉流出量增加;腺苷的特异性拮抗剂一一氨茶碱,可完全拮抗缺氧时出现的心率及冠脉流出量的变化。 The present experiment laid stress on synchronous observation of the changes in myocardial endogenous adenosine level and heart rate as well as coronary outflow. The results disclosed: 1. Hypoxia can cause increase in endogenous adenosine level and coronary outflow and decrease in heart rate. 2. Specific antagonist of adenosine-aminophylline antagonized completely the changes in heart rate and coronary flow. Therefore, we concluded that myocardial endogenous adenosine might be causally related to the changes in heart rate and coronary outflow.
