竹提取物对奶牛产奶性能及血液指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Dietary Biotin Supplement on Performance and Blood Parameters in Lactating Cows

摘要 [目的]为了探明竹提取物对奶牛生产性能和生理机能的影响及其适宜添加比例。[方法]试验选择泌乳天数、胎次、产奶量相近中国荷斯坦牛9头,随机分为3组,采用3×3重复拉丁方设计。A组饲喂基础日粮;B、C两组在基础日粮上分别添加30 g/d和60 g/d的竹提取物。[结果]添加竹提取物对日产奶量无显著影响(P>0.05),C组乳脂率分别高于A和B组10.55%(P<0.01)和7.35%(P<0.05),乳蛋白率高4.00%(P<0.05),标准产奶量、乳干物质、非脂固型物均较A组极显著升高(P<0.01)。血清甘油三酯、总胆固醇和LDL-C浓度C组均极显著低于A组(P<0.01);全血锌及血清HDL-C浓度C组均显著高于A组(P<0.05)。[结论]在日粮中添加60 g/d竹提取物,可以有效提高奶牛产奶量,改善乳品质,优化奶牛体内物质代谢。 【Objective】The experiment was conducted to study the effect of bamboo extract on the production performance and physiological function of cows and to seek a suitable proportion of supplement.【Method】Nine health Chinese Holstein cows,blocked by similar lactation days,birth order,and milk yield,were designated into treatments by random with three cows per treatment group according to a replicated 3×3 Latin square design.The cows in group A were fed the basal diet and the cows in other groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 30g/d(Group B) and 60g/d(Group C) bamboo extract,respectively.【Results】The results showed that daily milk yield was not affected significantly by bamboo extract supplementation(P0.05).Milk fat percentage in group C was 10.55% and 7.35% higher than that of group A(P0.01) and B(P0.05),respectively,and milk protein percentage was 4.00% higher than that of group A(P0.05);Compared with Group A,fat correct milk,milk dry matter percentage and non fat solid in Group C increased extremely significant(P0.01).Serum triglyceride,total cholesterol and LDL-C concentration in group C decreased extremely significant than that in group A(P0.01),and whole blood zinc and serum HDL-C concentration in group C increased significantly than that in group A(P0.05).【Conclusion】Results of the present study indicated that dietary supplemented with 60 g/d bamboo extract could improve the milking yield and milk quality effectively and optimize the metabolism in vivo of Holstein cows.
