摘要
[目的]本试验旨在探讨规模化生产条件下,比较了EM菌对甘蔗梢青贮品质及育肥效果的影响,为充分开发利用甘蔗梢发展养牛业提供依据。[方法]通过对青贮甘蔗梢和添加EM菌剂青贮甘蔗梢的营养成分、纤维素的测定和饲喂育肥试验对比。[结果]表明:①直接青贮pH值为3.9,添加EM菌剂青贮的pH值为3.8,两者的感官评定均达到优质标准。②鲜甘蔗梢经直接青贮后,粗蛋白含量减少了13.5%,而粗脂肪提高了23.6%,差异显著(P<0.05)。③经EM青贮后,CP、EE和Ash含量显著增加(P<0.01),分别比直接青贮提高了62.0%、36.8%和6.0%。④在不补饲精料的情况下,对退役水牛饲喂直接青贮的甘蔗梢青贮饲料,平均日增重(ADG)仅为33g;饲喂EM青贮,ADG得到了极显著的提高,为314 g(P<0.01);每头每天再补给0.5 kg肉牛浓缩料和2.0 kg、4.0 kg精料补充料,ADG分别达到820 g1、065 g和1 431 g,差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]EM菌剂能显著提高甘蔗梢的消化利用率及适口性;甘蔗梢添加EM菌剂微贮后育肥退役水牛,日增重和经济效益显著高于直接青贮。
【Objective】 To develop and make good use of the sugarcane tip for beef industry under production condition,the sugarcane tip quality and fattening effect treated by EM microbial were compared,which would provide basis for the development and utilization of sugarcane tip for beef industry.【Method】 Sugarcane tip silage directly and treated by EM microbial agent were processed,and conventional nutrients and fibrin were analyzed while fattening retired Dehong buffalo.【Results】The results showed that: ① High quality silage could be guaranteed both directly silage and treated by EM microbial agent by the means of sense evaluations,of which the pH values were 3.9 and 3.8,respectively.② Treated by EM microbial agent,the crude protein content was significantly decreased by 13.5% while the crude fat content was significantly increased by 23.6%.The difference was significant(P0.05).③ Treated by EM microbial agent,sugarcane tip silage of CP,EE and ash contents significantly increased by 62.0%,36.8% and 6.0%(P0.01),respectively,compared to those of the directly silage.④ Feeding sugarcane tip silage treated by EM microbial agent without supplementary to retired Dehong buffalo,the average daily gain(ADG) was 314 g,which was significantly higher than the ADG(33 g) under feeding sugarcane tip silage(P0.01).The ADGs were 820 g,1065 g and 1431 g with additional 0.5 kg/d·herd beef concentrate,2.0 kg/d·herd and 4.0 kg/d·herd concentrate supplement revealing significant weight gain(P0.01).【Conclusion】 EM microbial agent greatly improved the digestibility and palatability of sugarcane tip silage.The ADGs and economic benefits would better improve with sugarcane tip silage diet processed by EM microbial agent for finishing the retired buffalo than that of directly silage diet.
