本文从信息与知识、内涵与管理方式等方面,论述了信息管理与知识管理的区别与联系,认为用户的信息需求促进图书馆从信息管理向知识管理转化,提出了知识管理是图书馆存在价值的必然选择。

From the producing background,connotation and management modes of information,this paper discussed the difference and connection between information management and knowledge management,and held that users＇ information demand can promote the transformation from information management to knowledge management.Furthermore,it also put forward that the knowledge management is an inevitable choice for the existing value of library.
