摘要
外语学习焦虑是影响学生外语学习效果的重要因素。本文通过对外语学习焦虑理论的研究,介绍了焦虑的类型,分析了外语学习焦虑产生的原因,探讨了避免外语学习焦虑的策略。
Foreign language anxiety (FLA) is a very important affective factor that influences language learning.Based on the study of FLA theories,this article first presents different categories of FLA,and then analyses the sources of FLA.Finally,the author offers some strategies to relieve Chinese students' foreign language anxiety.
