摘要
高校教师职称制度是高校人事制度的重要组成部分,对高校教师队伍的建设和高等教育事业的发展具有深远的意义。国外高校教师职称制度建设具有丰富的经验,如设立"高级讲师"和"终身教授",统一评审标准,实行动态评审,建立复核和仲裁制度,加强聘后管理等,这些制度可为改革和完善我国现有的高校教师职称制度提供许多有益的启示。
Professional title system for university teachers is an important part of university personnel system,and it has profound significance in the construction of university teaching staff and the development of higher education cause.Foreign countries have rich experience in the construction of professional title system for university teachers,such as the establishment of senior lecturer and lifelong professor,the uniform of accreditation standard,and the strengthen of management after appointment,and so on.These experiences provide many beneficial inspirations for us.
