摘要
传统的法律教学模式是教师直接向学生灌输某一法律领域的原理、原则、基本概念、特征、性质、意义、历史发展和具体规则等,学生只需"听、记、背"。要提高法学学生的实践能力,必须进行法学模拟实习。基于教育心理学角度深入研究法学模拟实习与实践能力培养问题不仅具有理论意义,而且具有重要的现实意义。
The traditional law teaching model,which requires students to "listen,remember and recite",is characterized as the direct teaching of theory,principle,basic concepts,characteristics,quality,meaning,historical development,specific rules and etc.of some field of law.In order to improve the practical capacity of law students,simulated law practice must be carried out.In-depth study of simulated law practice and cultivating practical capacity from perspective of educational psychology has theoretical significance and important practical significance.
